A+ Academics

Great elementary schools build the foundation of great middle and high schools. Queen Creek Unified Schools received “A” rankings from the Arizona Department of Education and have received top district ratings from GreatSchools.org.

Leadership

Queen Creek Unified School District inspires and empowers students to achieve excellence in all pursuits, embrace social and individual responsibility and lead with integrity, in partnership with families and community.

STEAM-Based Learning

Students will have daily exposure to STEAM-based learning. STEAM is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. The end results are students who take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process. These are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the 21st century.

Elementary School #7 will have makerspace environments which are learning spaces dedicated to a constructivist education, which allows students to be creative, innovative, independent and technologically literate. It provides authentic preparation for the real world through simulating real-world challenges. Think of it as a 21 century do-it-yourself shop class, where students design, experiment, build and invent.
